This page explains how returns and refunds work at TinyFolia and what you can expect from us if something isn’t right with your order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it. Just send an email to support@tinyfolia.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item (especially if damaged)
  • A short description of the issue

Once we review your request, we’ll let you know the next steps. In most cases, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever works best for you.

When You Can Get a Refund or Replacement

We gladly offer refunds or replacements for the following issues:

Damaged Plants or Products

Sometimes plants can get damaged during shipping. If your plant arrives in poor condition (broken stems, crushed leaves, or wilted beyond recovery), let us know within 3 days and we’ll replace it or refund your money.

Wrong Item Sent

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, we’ll correct it quickly. Just let us know and we’ll ship the right item or give you a full refund.

Missing Items

If something from your order is missing, we’ll send the missing item or refund the part of your order that wasn’t delivered.

Quality Concerns

If a plant or tool doesn’t match the description on our website or doesn’t work as promised, we’ll make it right. We may ask for photos and a short explanation to understand the issue better.

When Returns or Refunds Are Not Available

To keep our plants and tools safe and healthy for everyone, there are a few situations where we can’t offer refunds:

  • More than 3 days have passed since delivery and no issue was reported
  • The plant was damaged due to poor care after delivery (e.g., not watered, left in heat)
  • The wrong shipping address was entered at checkout
  • You changed your mind but the item is not damaged or incorrect
  • Final sale and clearance items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Please understand that plants are living things. Some minor variations in size, shape, or color are normal and not considered damage.

Do I Need to Return the Item?

In most cases, returns aren’t needed.We usually do not ask for damaged plants or tools to be returned unless we specifically request it. Our goal is to keep things easy and stress-free for you.

If we do ask for a return, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and clear instructions.

Refund Method and Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method used during checkout. This may take 5–7 business days to show up on your card or bank account, depending on your payment provider.

If you choose store credit instead, we’ll send it to you right away as a digital gift card, which never expires.

Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake was on our side (wrong item, damaged item), we’ll cover all shipping costs for replacements or returns.
  • If you return an item because you changed your mind, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

We always try to be fair and flexible, so feel free to reach out with your situation.

Subscription Boxes and Special Orders

If you’re part of a subscription plan or received a custom plant bundle, please note that refunds may be limited depending on the nature of the order. We’ll always work with you to find the best solution, whether it’s a partial refund, store credit, or another shipment.
